Cancellation / No Show Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. We value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our clients. In order to effectively manage our appointments and accommodate other clients, we have implemented a no-show cancellation policy. Please take a moment to review the policy outlined below:

Notice Required:

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be in need of our services. Failure to provide the required notice may result in cancellation fees as outlined below.

First Offense - $50:

In the event of a first-time no-show or failure to provide the required notice within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of $50 will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the missed appointment and the time reserved for you.

Second Offense - $50:

If a second offense occurs, resulting in another no-show or failure to provide the required notice within 24 hours of the appointment, an additional fee of $50 will be charged. We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can arise, but consistent failure to honor appointments affects our ability to serve all our clients effectively.

Third Offense - Full Treatment Cost:

In the unfortunate event of a third offense, where another no-show or failure to provide the required notice within 24 hours of the appointment occurs, the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged. This policy ensures fairness to our practitioners and other clients who may have been denied an appointment due to repeated no-shows or cancellations.

Please note that we understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have extenuating circumstances, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We will do our best to accommodate special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

CHILDCARE POLICY

For the safety of children, we can not allow children the age of 15 years and younger to be unattended in our lobby.  In addition we can not allow children in the treatment rooms during any procedure as we cannot guarantee the safety of their presence.
