We're looking for a passionate, skilled injector to help us continue elevating the standard of aesthetic care in Edina, Minnesota.
Cosmetic Injector (Botox & Filler) — RN, NP or PA
Pure Lux Medspa is an award-winning luxury medical spa located in Edina, Minnesota, and proudly recognized as the preferred medspa of the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders. We are seeking a passionate, talented, and motivated Cosmetic Injector to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident in facial aesthetics, values natural-looking results, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to continue growing their skills within a fast-paced, high-end aesthetic practice.
We are currently offering a part-time position with strong opportunity for growth into a full-time role. Flexible scheduling and pay differentials are available for select shifts.
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota RN, BSN, NP, or PA license required
- Minimum 1 year of cosmetic injecting experience preferred
- Newer injectors with advanced aesthetic training or certification may be considered
- Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers required
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Prior sales or medspa experience is a plus
- Comfortable participating in social media content, educational videos, before-and-after photography, and marketing initiatives
- Willingness to learn, grow, and stay current with aesthetic trends and techniques
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox/Dysport/Daxxify, dermal fillers, and regenerative treatments such as Sculptra, EZgel, and PRP
- Conduct detailed consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain accurate and detailed charting/documentation
- Review charts for contraindications and ensure all required forms are completed and signed
- Capture before-and-after photography and treatment content when appropriate
- Participate in social media content creation and brand-building initiatives
- Recommend skincare and complementary aesthetic treatments
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
- Deliver exceptional client care and customer service
- Book follow-up appointments and maintain patient retention
- Collaborate with the Pure Lux team to ensure an elevated patient experience
