There is usually no downtime associated with microdermabrasion, and can be repeated as often as necessary to keep skin looking fresh.
Although rare, there is a possibility that your skin will be red, itchy and/or irritated.
Post treatment skincare regimen at home is very important. Your advanced skincare aesthetician will recommend a regimen that will help meet your goals. It’s important to use quality products post procedure as the top barrier of your skin has been removed and ingredients are able to sink further into the skin. For this reason, home care products can make or break your results.
A physical sun block of spf 30 is required post procedure. You will be more sensitive to the sun, and hyperpigmentation could occur if not worn consistently. (Even on a cloudy day)
